The International Society of Indoor Air Quality and Climate (ISIAQ) proudly announces “Healthy Buildings 2019 Asia and the Pacific Rim (HB2019 Asia), which will be held in Changsha, China, October 22-25, 2019.

Buildings are the most important system that provide a safe, comfortable, and healthy spaces for us to live and work. However, buildings also contribute to urban and environmental problems that affect human behavior and health. With ongoing urbanization, especially in developing countries, intensifying global warming, pollution issues and energy shortages continually force us to consider the question of “how to formulate strategies and plan solutions for Healthy Buildings in the future.” HB2019 Asia focuses on the “cities-buildings-people” connection with a theme “Healthy buildings to bridge healthy cities and healthy people.” HB2019 Asia will provide an unparalleled opportunity to meet experts, exchange information, and strengthen the collaboration among scholars from both academia and industry worldwide to discuss, lead and direct the future vision of healthy buildings.
