Carpet and Rug Institute Green Label Plus Program
Today's energy-efficient construction, which often limits outside air ventilation, places new demands on building materials manufacturers. To enable architects, specifiers and facility administrators to identify carpet and adhesive products with very low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), CRI enhanced its well-established Green Label Indoor Air Quality Testing program. Green Label Plus once again sets the standard for indoor air quality and ensures that customers are purchasing the very lowest emitting products on the market. The new "plus" symbolizes the carpet industry's commitment to a better environment for living, working, learning and healing.
