Senior Visitor Scientist and Guest Student Positions at the French IAQ Observatory

The French IAQ Observatory was created in 2001.  Many studies on IAQ have been carried out since. Between 2003 and 2005, a survey was carried out in a representative sample of French dwellings. Between 2009 and 2011 the Observatory participated in a nationwide survey in 310 schools and day-centers. Two new nationwide surveys in schools (600 classrooms) and in office buildings (300 buildings) are currently on-going and are planned for completion by 2016. The partnership with 15 scientists has been established to analyze the data collected in these new surveys. The Observatory has possibility to welcome a senior visitor scientist and students in 2014 for the period of few months to a whole year. The guests will participate in the analysis and in the survey. For more information on this possibility, please contact corinne.mandin@cstb.fr.

The French IAQ Observatory is located within Scientific and Technical Center for Building (CSTB), a public institute. The CSTB is located on a University campus (University of Paris-East), 30 km from Paris (25 minutes by local train from the center of Paris; trains every 5-10 minutes).
